Developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of technical support experience focused on customer success
2+ years of experience supporting consumer WiFi/Mesh networking platforms
1+ years providing technical support for mobile devices and platforms (iOS, Android)
Ability to work remotely
