A company is looking for a Supervisor, Patient Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and support to Team Lead(s) and Representatives for client performance
Act as a point of escalation and knowledge source for team and client success
Supervise a fast-paced call center team, handling high call volumes and ensuring client objectives are met
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role in a healthcare revenue cycle call center
Experience working with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor teams to achieve client objectives
Experience in creating and maintaining effective communication within a virtual team
Education or training relevant to the healthcare industry
