Key Responsibilities:
Advise and guide students on career and program interests
Assist students through enrollment and onboarding processes
Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout their academic journey
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant counseling/advising experience
Proficiency in technology platforms like Cvue, SRM, CampusLogic, Brightspace
Understanding of FERPA regulations and online education platforms
Enrollment in a degree-seeking program if lacking a degree
