A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Forecasting & Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, gather feedback, and guide improvements in the operating model
Engage with senior leadership on matters concerning functional areas and make recommendations for decision-making
Implement processes to improve team execution, drive strategy, and culture alignment
Qualifications:
4+ years of technical work experience in forecasting and/or modeling
6+ years experience in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis
2+ years of experience in business/operations planning
3+ years in a client-facing role managing stakeholder issues
4+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into insights
