Key Responsibilities
Oversee workflow from initial referral to scheduling, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage authorization submissions and address department denials to improve processes
Guide the team in achieving company goals and preparing quarterly KPI reports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in infusion therapy or related healthcare services
Experience working with healthcare insurance and customer service
Preferred 2+ years of managerial experience
Ability to perform duties with little to no assistance
