A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success in a remote position within the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor performance metrics
Implement training programs for CSMs to enhance their skills in customer engagement and problem resolution

Required Qualifications:

5-7+ years in Customer Success program management in SaaS
2+ years of people management experience
Experience with data utilization, building operational tools, and cross-functional coordination
Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and customer engagement optimization techniques
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
