Key Responsibilities:
Support home management and maintenance for a portfolio of homes in Napa
Act as a local liaison with neighbors, vendors, and partners
Ensure homes are clean and well-maintained for every stay
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented role, property management or hospitality operations preferred
Ability to learn new systems, technology, and software quickly
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends
