IT Support Technician
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician II.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 support for technical inquiries via various communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
Maintain asset management of hardware and software, assist with new user setup, and support IT projects
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science preferred
4-5 years of relevant work experience in technology support
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, information security technologies, and Microsoft technology stack
Experience in remote support technologies and data collection/reporting
