Global Learning Specialist
A company is looking for a Global Learning & Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of engaging and effective learning content across multiple modalities
Apply instructional design principles to assess learning needs and design learning objectives
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for content development initiatives
Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, instructional design, educational technology, psychology, or related field
3-5 years of experience in instructional design and content development
Certifications in instructional design, e-learning, and micro-learning methodologies are advantageous
Familiarity with emerging trends in digital learning technologies
Experience in creating accessible and inclusive learning experiences is a plus
