Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 coaching and skill development to XDRs & AEs
Project manage the development and execution of Biz Dev & Sales training programs
Analyze XDR & AE productivity and effectiveness using performance data
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in coaching or training sales teams
Proven success in Business Development or Sales
Ability to influence strategic decision-making with senior revenue leaders
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
Self-starter with initiative and creativity in a fast-paced environment
