Whether you’re an adventure enthusiast or just want to be prepared for emergencies, mastering CPR and first aid is essential. Not only are these skills crucial for your safety during adventure sports, but they’re also a requirement for the PADI Rescue Diver course.

At Emergency First Response, an esteemed PADI affiliate, we specialize in teaching these life-saving techniques, and they’re not exclusive to divers. In fact, most of our PADI Instructors are also certified Emergency First Response Instructors!
