Like most of the blessings on our adventures here in Northern Kwa-Zulu Natal – our water tank was also gifted to us and we are so grateful for the help.
As we did not have running water on our property when we moved in, we approached our closest neighbor and asked if we could connect to her pipe. She had no objections and the next day we had access to water. The municipality water pipeline was still functional at this stage, and having some sort of normality was amazing. Even though the water supply was irregular and sometimes absent for weeks, we could function with the 2500 Lt.
Unfortunately, for some unexplained reason, the pipeline does not supply our community anymore. Those who were lucky enough to be able to connect to the pipeline are now forced to make use of the local community water point.Â
Fetching water does affect our daily routine and steals much of our time, which could be allocated elsewhere.
Please help us towards achieving our goal – all donations no matter the size will help.
Thanking you in advance ~ Tom.
