Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Service Delivery and Onboarding teams, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
Define service specifications, monitor service performance, oversee daily operations, and assess existing processes
Implement automation solutions, serve as an escalation point for client issues, and monitor operational costs
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in service delivery, onboarding, or customer success roles in hosting or technology industry
Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and strong project management skills
Knowledge of hosting technologies, industry standards, and best practices
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional client experiences
