A company is looking for a Director of Business Development & Licensing for a remote full-time position in the US or Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and licensing deals
Lead portfolio overview calls and manage the diligence process for licensing partnerships
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business development strategies
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in BioPharma/Biotech sales, preferably in Enterprise sales
Proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales targets
Experience in selling commercial stage therapeutics or clinical stage licensing is a plus
Lifelong learner mindset and commitment to professional growth
Strong experience with sales software such as CRM and Sales engagement tools is preferred
