Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in the Central/Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage customer relationships to drive service delivery expectations
Develop and execute customer strategic account plans
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery and member outcomes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health related field
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant professional experience in account management or similar role in healthcare
Strong analytical skills with a focus on translating data into insights
Familiarity with process improvement concepts
Possess appropriate business acumen to understand and communicate complexities to customers
