Key Responsibilities:
Provide risk-adjusted advice to various stakeholders
Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the business
Oversee outside counsel in global litigation and disputes
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant legal experience
Experience with global privacy laws and compliance programs
Experience handling litigation and investigations
Strong aptitude for working in a dynamic environment
Experience counseling companies with international operations preferred
