Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the clinical team in preparing for patient visits and managing patient needs
Facilitating care processes such as ordering labs and monitoring devices
Assisting patients in their care journey by scheduling visits, filling prescriptions, and answering questions
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a clinical or consumer healthcare setting, or 3 years in customer service
Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership in work
Ability to thrive in a team setting and adapt to a rapidly growing organization
Nice to have: background in hospitality, patient interaction experience, or health-related field
